Protect your password and account credentials. Notify lawizomo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We provide tips and tools to improve account security, including strong password recommendations and two-factor authentication where available.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by lawizomo. Sharing login credentials is discouraged and may result in suspension.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and change your password. We will assist with account recovery following verification procedures.

lawizomo reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or for other operational reasons. Notice may be provided depending on the circumstances.

Service Overview

lawizomo offers online and in-person courses focused on IT security, cyber hygiene, and digital literacy. Course descriptions include learning objectives, duration, delivery method, and any certification options. Educational content is for informational and skill-building purposes.

We may modify course content, schedules, or platform features. Enrolled learners will be notified of material changes affecting delivery or certification requirements. Minor updates to content and platform functionality may occur without prior notice.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, or unforeseen circumstances. We strive for consistent access but cannot promise uninterrupted service.

User Conduct Rules

To maintain a productive learning environment, users must follow these conduct rules when using lawizomo services.

  • Report suspected policy violations, security issues, or abusive behavior to support promptly.

User Content

User-generated content includes forum posts, assignment submissions, profile information, and other materials you upload to the platform. You retain ownership of your original content subject to the license granted to lawizomo below.

You remain the owner of content you create and submit, except for content that includes third-party intellectual property for which you do not hold rights. Ensure you have the necessary permissions before uploading materials.

By posting content on lawizomo you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the content as reasonably necessary to provide the service, promote the platform, and operate the courses.

You are solely responsible for your content. Do not upload material that violates rights or applicable laws. lawizomo may remove content that breaches these terms or that we consider inappropriate.

We may remove user content for policy violations, upon request if data removal is required by law, or to protect the safety and integrity of the platform. Removal does not affect your ownership of original material.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, platform design, branding, and proprietary content provided by lawizomo are protected by copyright, activity, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

  • Do not reproduce or distribute course videos, slides, or exams without explicit permission.
  • Do not use lawizomo activity or logos for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  • Respect the moral and economic rights of content creators featured in the courses.

Paid Services

Some lawizomo courses, certifications, and services are paid. Pricing, features, and billing terms are presented at purchase. Paid offerings are intended to deliver practical training and verified completion records.

Course fees are listed on the course page and at checkout. Prices may vary by region, currency, and promotional offers. Applicable taxes and fees will be disclosed before payment.

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Payment authorization must be completed to confirm enrollment. Secure payment processors are used to protect business information.

Subscription-based access, if offered, renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation instructions are provided in your account settings.

Refunds, if available, are handled according to the refund policy presented at purchase. Requests for refunds will be processed in line with the stated policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

We may adjust prices for future enrollments. Changes do not affect confirmed purchases for which payment has been completed.

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of access to paid content until payment is completed and validated.

Course materials are provided for educational purposes. While aimed at improving cybersecurity awareness and skills, results depend on individual effort and broader factors. lawizomo does not provide legal, business, or professional advice tailored to individual circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, lawizomo and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by you for the relevant service in the prior 12 months, where applicable.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate or link to third-party tools and services. Use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. lawizomo is not responsible for third-party practices or content.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by closing an account or discontinuing use of the service. lawizomo may suspend or terminate access for policy violations or security concerns.

Upon termination, access to enrolled courses and downloadable materials may be revoked. Outstanding fees or obligations survive termination as described in these terms.

Privacy and Data Protection

Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using lawizomo you consent to data practices described in our privacy notice, subject to applicable legal rights.

Communications

We may send account, transactional, and marketing communications. You can manage marketing preferences in your account. Essential service messages related to your enrollment will be sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law
